We live in a fast-paced transformational world that requires each of us to be able to bring our best to our work. We all need to expand our skill set and the resources we can access so we can perform well and succeed. Time to pivot?
Before you face the shopping crowds at the mall, or carpal tunnel from concentrated online clicking for gifts, take a breath and relax.
The theme of this year-end networking experience will be “Sharing Our Gifts.” We will ask everyone to bring “something” they want to share with professional friends and colleagues that will help each of us build our competence, reshape our perspectives, help us become better professionals, and change our world for the better.
We hope you will join us and share with your professional colleagues and friends your gifts. Maybe it is a technique you find very useful. Possibly your gift is an experience(s) you have lived that has built your competence, or it might be resources that you access that increases your ability to succeed.
