About the Program: The Learning Lattés series is a welcoming, informal learning experience designed to spark meaningful conversations, professional growth, and community connection over your favorite morning beverage. This series brings together talent development professionals in a relaxed setting where ideas flow as easily as the coffee, creating space to explore emerging trends, share best practices, and learn from one another’s real-world experiences. Each session is intentionally crafted to be enriching yet approachable, blending insight, dialogue, and networking in a way that fuels both professional development and genuine connection within our ATD CT community.
