This interactive dialogue will help you:

• Understand the competencies critical to success in the Talent Development and Learning fields
• Identify what it takes to succeed
• Learn about potential career paths

This hybrid presentation will include a presentation of the ATD competency model (delivered via Zoom) followed by a two-person panel of experienced practitioners (they will be face-to-face).
