Learning Leadership Starts Here

ATD Connecticut’s Learning Leaders community brings together professionals who lead, support, or influence learning, talent development, and organizational growth within their organizations. Grounded in ATD’s commitment to content, community, and capability, this group offers practical discussion, peer connection, and opportunities to grow alongside others in the field. Whether you lead an L&D team, design learning programs, facilitate training, support organizational development, or manage talent initiatives, you are welcome here.

A Community of Practice

Learning Leaders is both a Special Interest Group and a Community of Practice. Members connect around shared interests, timely topics, and practical workplace challenges, exchanging ideas, experiences, and strategies they can apply in their organizations. It is a place to build meaningful relationships, strengthen your practice, and turn shared learning into real organizational impact. For executive learning leaders, it offers a trusted peer forum to explore strategic priorities, benchmark approaches, and shape the future of talent development.

Facilitated Discussion

Learning Leaders is coordinated by ATD CT Director-at-Large, David Gilman and Director of Networking, Kimberly Cofrancesco. Together, they facilitate thoughtful, practical conversations that help members explore current trends, share perspectives, and apply new ideas in their workplaces.

Bring your questions, successes, challenges, and curiosity. Join peers across Connecticut to connect, exchange practical insights, and grow as a learning leader.
