Introducing Bolster Leadership: A Fresh Approach to Leadership Development

Presented by:

Lisa Wocken

Co-Founder, Bolster Leadership

How do we build relevant capabilities for the future of work?

How might we scale a personal touch and sense of belonging when we can't gather in person?

How do we upgrade our in-person offerings to stave off the “this could’ve been a virtual meeting” comment?

How do we develop people without expecting them to just spend more time online?

As learning and leadership development practitioners, we often ask ourselves, should this be in-person, virtual, or digital - but there is actually a fourth flexible option. The Bolster Leadership Capabilities Through Cards System® is:

  • Slow/low/no-tech
  • Individual and/or group oriented
  • Introspective and dialogue-based
  • Focused on peer, shared, and decentralized leadership
  • Beautifully-designed and packaged
Participants can expect to learn more about:
  • 4 industry problems-to-solve to build better humans for a brighter future
  • 6 capabilities essential to the future of work
  • 3 different types of products people can use to build each capability

Prepare to think differently about how you could develop yourself and your organization!
