Driving Business Performance and Transformation at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits
Presented by:
Michelle Andersen
Four years ago, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits (DFWS), best known for its JOSH wine brands, was a growing, but relatively little-known company. While profitable it faced an impending profit plateau.
Confronting the challenge, DFWS decided to become, within three years, one of the top companies in its industry. To achieve such a lofty ambition they needed to triple the number of brands they could support, and take market share from their competitors. This meant reformulation of the business strategy, reimagining HR business policy, challenging every HR process, and recasting the DFWS approach to talent management.
Now DFWS is one of the top five companies in its industry and is the only one growing market share. Come hear the story of how the talent agenda was the key driver in the transformation process.
You will gain insights into:
- HR's potential role in driving business growth
-Changing corporate culture
-Making HR processes more efficient
Use your expertise and what you learn about DFWS in the session to help plan your next business transformation.
