Speaker Bios: 


Kim Goodwin

Kim is an energetic organizational ‘builder and fixer’ with broad industry, functional and consulting experience. Her passion is to enable people, processes and technology to achieve the organization’s vision, leveraging change management, organizational development, leadership, learning and communications. 

Kim began her career at Accenture where she integrated her technical skills with strategy and learning as a change management consultant. At McKinsey & Company, Kim enhanced the effectiveness of the European Corporate Finance and Strategy and the North American Marketing & Sales practices.

Kim received several awards for her leading-edge learning and organizational development solutions and is a frequent presenter at association forums. Kim holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford, and is also a Barney School of Business Board member. In her spare time, Kim enjoys hiking, gardening and volunteering.


Amy K. Andrews

Amy has over 25 years of experience in learning and organizational development. Her passion is to help leaders be the best they can be by providing resources and hands-on assistance to strengthen leadership skills, including training, executive coaching, succession planning, and employee relations.

Amy began her career with large consulting firms. She progressed into leadership roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading change management and large-scale organizational-wide projects. In 2006, Amy began working in healthcare, in profit and non-profit systems. She also served as an interim HR Director at multiple acute care facilities.

Amy is a published writer and experienced presenter, having presented at national conferences. Amy holds a Master of Education from Southern Illinois University.  In her free time Amy enjoys baking from scratch, reading historical fiction, and spending time with her basset hound.


Peter Miller

Since joining United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in 2017, Peter led global change, communications and learning for the company’s financial shared services organization. Upon completion of the merger of UTC with Raytheon Company in April, 2020, he assumed leadership of Change Management and Learning within the corporation’s global shared services organization.

Peter’s formal roles in change management span the last 12+ years, and were preceded by project, program and relationship management, and early on, IT infrastructure management.

Peter is Prosci-certified and holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
