Tim has over 30 years of combined business and HR experience in both Fortune 500 companies such as Sara Lee Corporation and Campbell’s Soup Company, and in the wine and spirits industry with global companies such as Diageo, Brown Forman (maker of Jack Daniels) and Jägermeister.
Tim is the Founder of Coaching 2 Inspire Group, LLC. His practice supports organizations in Leadership Development, Coaching for Success, Change Management, and Managing Multi-Generational Teams. He is a certified Executive Coach, training partner for Multi-Health Systems in Emotional Intelligence, and an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University Jack Welch School of Business - Graduate HR Management Program.
