Change and Transformation:

    A LEGO Group Case Study

Presented by LEGO Group’s

Tracy Michaud, Senior Manager,

Global Leadership and Organizational Development,

and Barbara Walton, Senior HR Professional

Tracy Michaud, SPHR  -  Barbara Walton, SPHR

After 10 years of super natural growth, the LEGO Group’s performance stalled in 2017, evidenced, in part, by declining market share and decreased customer satisfaction.  It was clear that in order to stabilize and then move back toward growth, a significant transformation was needed.

During this session, Tracy and Barb will take you through the case study of re-mobilizing the organization through a significant change initiative.   They will share the findings of the research conducted to understand why the stall out occurred and the various interventions and approaches used to right-size and stabilize the organization.  They will take us through the change process and introduce a few key tips and tools designed to  disrupt and challenge ways of working and mindset.

We all know that Change is Constant. Come learn from the LEGO experience of successful execution of Business Transformation.
