Speaker Bio:
Katie McSporran joined Wolters Kluwer in August 2014 and has responsibility for talent management programs and processes for executives, people managers and employees. These programs and processes include performance management, engagement, and skills and careers, all critical to building a high performance culture.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Katie was the Global Head of Talent Management at Towers Watson. She has led talent management strategies of global, matrixed companies in multiple industries including pharmaceutical, petrochemical and professional services.
Katie earned a MS in Occupational Education from University of Houston and a BS in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
