        2020 was by any measure a disruptive year. 
Let’s kick off 2021 with a little self-reflection and review some New Year’s resolutions for Talent Development.

Nick will discuss the state of the industry and suggest a few bad habits to shake (informed by learning science) and some self-development areas for us collectively to focus on for 2021.

For twelve years Nick was the Chief Learning Officer at Hitachi Vantara where he built and led the corporate university and online communities serving over 50,000 employees, resellers and customers.
