Successes and Failures of

Talent Planning at Regeneron

Presented by:

Plan a new approach to an evolving workforce.

The changing workplace demands a shortened hiring cycle without sacrificing quality. To address these changing demands, Regeneron has developed, and is testing a talent planning process to modernize its hiring practices. This proactive approach identifies needs earlier, to determine if a given talent need can be satisfied by current employee upskilling or if an external professional is best.

In this webinar, Lily and Michelle will provide an in-depth look at this process, showing how organization leaders can come together to rethink how work is done and how to prepare for the future of work.

Join us for this timely discussion, discover the experiences and lessons learned from Regeneron’s process for matching the right people to the right position. Participants will learn to:

  • Review why the traditional way to manage talent needs updating
  • Devise a strategy to upskill HR and business leaders’ people planning methods
  • Encourage leaders to rethink organization structure based on the new ways of working
