Vivianne Mascia
Head of Henkel Rotational Program.
Responsible for developing early talent pipeline, program management of rotational program within Adhesives North America including recruiting, curriculum design and off-boarding. Previously before Henkel, she was the Sr. Manager, Talent, Learning and Leadership. Vivianne brings 25+ years’ experience in our field.

Leah Ginsberg
Learning and Development Director for Korn Ferry's Global 1000 in Professional Search.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Leah was a Learning and Development Manager, Recruitment and Talent Acquisitions Manager at various firms. Leah has an MS, in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and was the President of the MSIO Student Association.
