Join us for a Fintech case study presented by Mary Beth Schroeder and Clyfford Hazéll. They will tell the tale of leadership program transformation at Broadridge Financial Solutions for global, 100% virtual delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. They will share the methods they chose to sustain learner engagement, build networks, and foster the growth of the leadership competencies -- including D, E, and I skills, that are critical today. You will get a taste for what it is like to participate in one of their programs, walk away with lessons learned, and explore the evidence we gathered to measure whether our experiment was a success.
