Intuitive Adaptability

Presented by:

Jay Morris

Vice President, Talent Development

Yale New Haven Health

The ability to instinctively and confidently respond to any and all situations with effective solutions and heart-filled joy.

At times, it might appear that you are making it up as you go; and in some instances, you probably are by relying on what you see and hear. But what about those times when your intuitive side kicks in and you implement something that amazes you and your clients? What skills and experiences did you use, and are you aware of the times when you use these resources intentionally? Do you intentionally bring your spiritual side to your work?  Identify those times, and let’s compare notes.

Intuition, is it fact, fiction or both?

Key takeaways:

  • Identify the techniques that help you succeed
  • Design a plan to make you perform at your best
  • Find new resources to stay flexible
