How Can You Succeed if You Don’t Know Who You Are?
Coaching through the Lens of Identity: A Growth Adventure for Coaches and Clients
Presented by:
Larry Ackerman
Location: Norwalk Public Library, 2nd floor
1 Belden Avenue, Norwalk CT 06850
PARKING: There is a small lot behind the building (first driveway on Mott, on right as you enter from corner of Belden and Mott.) There is also a parking garage across the street and around the corner, across from the Mall, behind the post office.
Our group's mission is to share best practices and explore trends and new approaches in the field of coaching within an organizational setting.
This workshop is for coaches who want to understand how to tap into the value-creating power of personal identity as a lever for positive change and growth.
Participants will learn how to:
- Help clients connect what they do with who they are
- Realize client outcomes that have greater staying power
- Engender a greater sense of trust and commitment from clients
- Utilize the identity discipline to help sharpen their professional brand
As a coach, you help people make optimal choices in their professional and personal lives. Yet, what often lies at the core of a career, leadership or relationship challenge is an identity challenge – a lack of awareness regarding one’s unique, value-creating potential and how to bring it to life. This session will help you address this fundamental challenge in revealing and pragmatic ways.
